1. Delivery Methods
The available delivery options depend on the selected item and the delivery destination. We offer the following shipping methods:
Postal delivery
Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped via registered post. After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Courier delivery
If you choose courier delivery, your order will be shipped through the selected delivery partner. A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shipment has been dispatched.
Parcel locker delivery
If you select delivery to a parcel locker, your order will be sent to the chosen pickup location. You will receive an email or SMS notification with the collection details once the parcel is ready for pickup.
2. Dispatch Time

If an item is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time may extend to 7–21 business days, depending on supply conditions.
