1. Warranty Period
All products purchased in the online store are covered by a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase.

The warranty may apply if:

The decision regarding a warranty claim is made after evaluating the provided information and, if necessary, carrying out a technical inspection.
3. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- mechanical damage
- damage caused by impact or dropping
- cosmetic marks or damage that do not affect functionality
- damage resulting from improper or careless use

- unauthorised disassembly, modification, or repair
- natural wear and tear

4. Battery
The battery is a naturally consumable component.
Battery capacity may decrease over time due to charging cycles and normal use. Natural reduction in battery capacity is not considered a warranty defect if the device functions as intended.
The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects of the battery.
5. Warranty Procedure
To make a warranty claim, the customer must:
- provide proof of purchase
- provide the order number
- provide a description of the defect
The product may be requested to be returned for technical inspection.
6. Resolution
If a warranty claim is confirmed, the product may be:
- repaired
- replaced with a new or equivalent product
A refund will be issued only if repair or replacement is not possible.
